Desi dancers performing together on the NDDL stage

A dance league.
A lot to build.

NDDL is a nonprofit built to give Desi dance a bigger platform.

We connect dancers, teams, partner competitions, and audiences through a national dance circuit. Our team supports that experience—from registration to the livestream.

What you could work on.

Engineering

Build the software behind a season.

Team registration, competition information, rankings, and the web experiences that connect it all. Help make them clear, reliable, and easy to use.

Design

Make the experience make sense.

Turn complex workflows into simple interfaces. Think through how a captain registers a team, how a fan finds a performance, or how information gets shared.

Media & storytelling

Give the community a bigger stage.

Shape performance edits, event coverage, graphics, and stories that help more people discover the dancers and teams behind the movement.

League operations

Bring the season together.

Support coordination with teams and partner competitions, keep information organized, and help the details come together for the people taking the stage.

Dancers sharing a moment during a performance

Your work has
a whole community
on the other side.

A captain getting a team ready. A dancer stepping into a first competition. A family tuning in from home. These are the people behind the work.

Clear information, thoughtful tools, and great coverage help them feel closer to the season. That’s why the details matter here.
